The founder
Nitendra Baichan
Nitendra Baichan is the founder and operator of Utsah Holdings, based in Philadelphia.
He spent twelve years as a personal trainer before moving into technology, and the two careers taught complementary things. Training taught him to serve one customer at a time and be accountable for their results. Technology, learned from the ground up, from server hardware to data center infrastructure to software for senior living communities, taught him how the systems behind every service actually run.
Utsah Holdings is where the two meet: small, durable businesses that use AI to serve real people in everyday industries, hospitality and fitness among them.
